Week 1

Discovery & Strategy

We start with a discovery session: a video call where I learn everything I need to know about your business, your audience, your values, and your goals. This isn't a surface-level brief. I ask the questions that get to the heart of what your brand needs to communicate — and why. From there, I conduct market and competitor research and develop your brand strategy. This is the foundation everything else is built on.

Weeks 2–5

Design & Collaboration

I begin designing your brand identity, starting with logo concepts and building outward into colour, typography, and supporting elements. You'll see work at every stage. We collaborate through multiple rounds of revision — there's no cap on rounds, because the goal is a brand you genuinely love. This phase is a conversation, not a conveyor belt. I'll share my thinking, explain the strategic reasoning behind each design decision, and invite your honest feedback.

Weeks 6–8

Delivery & Launch

Once the design is finalised, I prepare your complete brand asset library and your digital brand book. I walk you through every file, every format, every guideline — so you understand not just what your brand looks like, but how to use it consistently. I also provide hands-on launch support: helping you implement your new brand across your website, social media, and communications.

Payment structure:

50% to secure your spot and begin discovery. 50% on delivery of your final brand assets.

Is there a way to start smaller?

If you're not sure you're ready for a full rebrand, a Brand Audit might be the right first step. It's a 90-minute strategy session where I review your existing brand and give you a clear, written assessment of what's working, what's not, and what to fix first. If you go on to book a Corporate Brand package, the audit fee is credited toward your project.

Questions you might have

How long does the full process take?

Six to eight weeks, from our first discovery call to final delivery of your brand assets and brand book. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of your project and how quickly we move through revision rounds together. I'll give you a clear timeline estimate after our discovery call.

How many revision rounds do I get?

As many as it takes. I don't cap revision rounds because I'm not interested in delivering a brand you're merely okay with. We keep refining until you genuinely love it. In practice, most projects go through 2–4 rounds before we land on the final design.

What's the discovery session like?

Relaxed and informal — a video call, usually 60–90 minutes. I'll ask you about your business, your audience, your competitors, your values, and your goals. You don't need to prepare anything specific — just come ready to talk honestly about your work.

What are the payment terms?

This is a fixed-fee project. 50% is due upfront to secure your spot and begin discovery. The remaining 50% is due on delivery of your final brand assets. No hourly billing, no open-ended invoices, no surprises.

I'm in a different time zone. Is that a problem?

Not at all — most of my clients are. I'm based in New Zealand (NZST), and I work with clients across the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. I use video updates between sessions so you can see progress even when we're on opposite sides of the clock.

Can you help with a rebrand, or is this only for new brands?

Both. Many of my clients come to me with an existing brand that no longer fits. The discovery and strategy phase is where we work out whether you need a complete rebuild or a strategic refresh. Either way, you'll leave with a brand that reflects where you are now.

What's included in the brand book?

A 10–14 page PDF covering: logo usage and clear space rules, colour palette with values for digital and print, typography system, brand mark variations, dos and don'ts, and application examples — so anyone working with your brand knows how to use it correctly.

What if I also need a website?

I offer a combined Brand + Website package that includes everything here plus a professionally designed, responsive website built on WordPress. That package runs over approximately 90 days and includes hosting and ongoing maintenance.

What's NOT included?

This package focuses on brand identity — your visual brand system. It does not include website design, copywriting, photography, video production, or ongoing marketing services. If you need any of these, I can recommend trusted collaborators.

How do I know if we're a good fit?

Book a free discovery call. It's a relaxed, no-pressure conversation — usually about 20 minutes. If we're a good fit, I'll send you a proposal. If we're not, I'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction. No hard sell, ever.
